Our Services

Full Circle Business Center is an Authorized Ship Center for FedEx and the United Parcel Service (UPS).  

We accept drop-offs and do regular shipping with UPS and FedEx. We do not ship or accept packages from DHL. 

Have an Amazon return?  Please wrap your item in a box or the bag it arrived in, print a label and drop it off here. No printer? No problem! For $1.00 we can print your return label for you. Have your email and password available and sign into our computer. 

* Please note, we are unable to scan QR Codes. 

On-site Notary professional will treat your confidential documents in accordance with legal standards. 

COST: $10.00 per signature 

**MOBILE NOTARY AVAILABLE: 

If you are unable to come into the store, I can come to you. 

Fee: $25.00-$50.00 (fees based on location) to perform a remote notarial act, plus $10.00 per signature.

Acceptable forms of ID in Washington include IDs and passports, driver's licenses, or state IDs that: A federal or state government has issued. ID or passport has to be current (expired IDs won't be accepted). ID or passport must have the individual's photo, physical description, and signature. 

Our mailbox has a real street address, not a PO Box. A street address can provide a professional image for your business.  It also means no more junk mail!

We’ll let you know via email or text when your packages arrive. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO RENT A MAILBOX:

Fill out United States Postal Service® Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent form 1583. This form is an authorization for us to handle your mail. I will supply this form. 

Two (2) forms of identification are required to open a mailbox.

The primary I.D. must be a valid government issued I.D. and have a photo and signature: a valid passport or valid Driver’s License or DMV issued I.D. are acceptable. In addition, one (1) non-government issued I.D. or a Military I.D.

COST:

Mailbox rental - $20.00 per month.

Key deposit - $20.00 

Process Fee - $5.00

Are you worried about porch pirates stealing your packages from your front porch?  Do you work outside your home? Do you travel much? These can all present challenges in receiving your packages.  Sometimes the difficulty is simply coordinating package delivery. We can help! We have a safe, secure & inexpensive package delivery & holding service that might fit your needs. 

HOW IT WORKS: 

Arrange for your package to be delivered to our location. Email us your tracking number and phone number and we will contact you via email or phone when your package arrives.  At your convenience within 5 business days, pick up your package at Full Circle Business Center. Due to our small space, for packages left over 5 business days, there will be a charge of $2.00 per day until picked up.   

COST:

Up to 40 pounds – $5.00 per parcel. 

Over 40 lbs  - $10.00 per parcel.

PLEASE NOTE - we cannot accept packages from USPS, except for our mailbox customers.  If you receive more than 4 boxes a month, please consider renting a private mailbox from us.

COPIES: Let us make sure your copies are right the first time. We have cardstock and a variety of colored paper for your printing needs. 

SCANNING: We can scan your documents and convert them to PDF form.

FAX SERVICE: We can get that fax sent quickly and efficiently.

Here at Full Circle Business Center, we can only accept returns with a UPS or FedEx prepaid return label.  Returns using a QR code need to be taken to The UPS Store or a FedEx store location. 

Amazon will provide you a free prepaid label for returns on items delivered broken, arrived too late, inaccurate website description, etc.  If this is an item you accidently ordered, changed your mind, etc., Amazon will get you a QR code for your return. It will still be free, but you'll need to drop it off at The UPS Store or a FedEx store.

Start by printing out form DS-82, U.S. Passport Renewal Application For Eligible Individuals. Make sure you print it single-sided. The form will not be accepted if printed double-sided. Complete the checklist to see if you're eligible to use this form. If it's yes to all, this is your form.

1. Have your photo taken here at Full Circle Business Center (no appointment necessary). Please do not wear white shirts, uniforms or camouflage. 

2. Fill out forms IN BLACK INK ONLY. The forms will not be accepted if blue ink is used.

3. Staple your photo with 4 staples onto page 1 of 2 - see photo.

4. Write a check payable to U.S. Department of State - see photo for prices. 

5. Write your date of birth top left of check (near your name)

6. Staple your check to page 1 of 2, bottom left - see photo. 

7. Staple your old passport to page 2 of 2 by stapling the back page onto the paper - see photo. 

8. Paper clip these two pages together and send them from the post office (they go to a PO Box)
