Our Services

Full Circle Business Center is an Authorized Ship Center for UPS, FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS).  

We accept drop-offs and do regular shipping with UPS, FedEx and USPS. We do not ship or accept packages from DHL. 

Have an Amazon return?  Please pack up your item in a box or the bag it arrived in, print and adhere your shipping label and drop it off here. No printer? No problem! For $1.00 we can print your return label for you. 

* Please note, we are unable to scan QR Codes. 

On-site Notary professional will treat your confidential documents in accordance with legal standards.

If you are unable to come into the store, I can come to you. 

Fee: $25.00-$50.00 (fees based on location) to perform a remote notarial act, plus $15.00 per signature.

Acceptable forms of ID in Washington include IDs and passports, driver's licenses, or state IDs that: A federal or state government has issued. ID or passport has to be current (expired IDs won't be accepted). ID or passport must have the individual's photo, physical description, and signature. 

Renewing your US Passport can be tricky and kind of scary for some.  Come on in and let me help you submit it correctly and help avoid delays.  

I have a couple services to offer that might be perfect for you or someone you know. The services vary from helping you with your passport renewal form - checking for missing or incorrect documentation or mistakes, attaching (stapling) everything, and giving it a final review. The full service would be typing it online for you, printing it out, stapling - all of the above. Prices are $10-$30 for these services  

We'll do your photo first, and once your paperwork is finished, we'll ship it out for you.  I have everything you need to succeed.  

Photo & shipping have additional charges.

If you'd like to fill out the form yourself, print out form DS-82, U.S. Passport Renewal Application For Eligible Individuals. Make sure you print it single-sided. The form will not be accepted if printed double-sided. Complete the checklist to see if you're eligible to use this form. If it's yes to all, this is your form.

Our mailbox has a real street address, not a PO Box. A street address can provide a professional image for your business.  It also means no more junk mail!

WHAT YOU NEED TO RENT A MAILBOX:

United States Postal Service® Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent form 1583. This form is an authorization for us to handle your mail. This form is submitted online by Full Circle Business Center. 

Two (2) forms of identification are required to open a mailbox.

The primary I.D. must be a valid government issued I.D. and have a photo and signature: a valid passport or valid Driver’s License or DMV issued ID. The 2nd form of ID can be a voter's registration card, home/car insurance, current lease, car registration. 

COST:

Mailbox rental - $20.00 per month.

Key deposit - $20.00

Here at Full Circle Business Center, we can only accept returns with a UPS or FedEx prepaid return label.  Returns using a QR code need to be taken to The UPS Store or a FedEx store location. 

Amazon will provide you a free prepaid label for returns on items delivered broken, arrived too late, inaccurate website description, etc.  If this is an item you accidently ordered, changed your mind, etc., Amazon will get you a QR code for your return. It will still be free, but you'll need to drop it off at The UPS Store or a FedEx store.

Are you worried about porch pirates stealing your packages from your front porch?  Do you work outside your home? Do you travel much? These can all present challenges in receiving your packages.  Sometimes the difficulty is simply coordinating package delivery. We can help! We have a safe, secure & inexpensive package delivery & holding service that might fit your needs. 

HOW IT WORKS: 

Arrange for your package to be delivered to our location. Call or email us your name, tracking number and phone number and we will contact you via email or phone when your package arrives.  At your convenience, within 3 business days, pick up your package at Full Circle Business Center. Due to our small space, for packages left over 3 business days, there will be a charge of $2.00 per day until picked up.   

COST:

Small/Medium – $5.00 per parcel. 

Large/Heavy  - $10.00 per parcel.

PLEASE NOTE - we cannot accept packages from USPS, except for our mailbox customers.  If you receive more than 4 boxes a month, please consider renting a private mailbox from us.

COPIES: Let us make sure your copies are right the first time. We have cardstock and a variety of colored paper for your printing needs. 

SCANNING: We can scan your documents and convert them to PDF form.

FAX SERVICE: We can get that fax sent quickly and efficiently.
